Chicken Tikka Masala | Made From Our Butter Chicken Mix | Serves 4

This Chicken Tikka Masala is incredibly easy because the base is made using our Unmatchable Butter Chicken Mix. All you do is cook the kit as instructed, then transform it by adding sautéed onion and capsicum. The result is a rich, bold, restaurant-style curry with zero complexity.
INGREDIENTS
• 500–700g chicken
• 1 packet Unmatchable Butter Chicken Mix
• 4 - 6 pieces of diced onion
• 4 - 6 pieces of diced capsicum
• 1-2 cups of cream or coconut cream
• 1 tbsp oil or butter
• Salt + lemon
METHOD
Prepare your Butter Chicken following the instructions on the packet.
In a separate pan, heat oil. Add the diced onion and capsicum.
Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until softened with a pinch of salt.
Add the cooked Butter Chicken sauce + chicken into the pan.
Stir everything together and simmer for 2–3 minutes so the flavours combine.
Garnish with sliced ginger and a couple of peices of coriander leaves to serve
Tip:
• Charring the capsicum slightly before adding adds a smoky restaurant flavour
