Mango Curry Recipe | Using Our Korma Mix

A bright, flavourful mango curry made by transforming our Korma Curry kit into a sweet–savory dish that tastes fresh, tropical, and incredibly balanced. This variation is simple, fast, and perfect for families — with a fresh mango finish that makes the curry shine.



YOU’LL NEED


• 500g - 700g of chicken

• Korma Curry kit (4 serve)

• 1-2 cups of creasm or coconut cream

• ½–1 cup mango pulp

• 2 tbsp shredded coconut

• ½ tsp fennel seeds



METHOD


  1. Prepare and cook the the Korma base and meat or veg as directed.

  2. In a seperate dry pan, lightly roast fennel seeds + shredded coconut until golden.

  3. Stir roasted coconut + fennel into the curry base.

  4. Reduce heat to low and fold in the mango pulp last.

  5. Gently simmer 1–2 minutes only — do not boil, so the mango flavour stays fresh.


SERVE WITH Basmati rice, roti, or naan.
