For twenty years, this Butter Chicken was part of our family restaurant in the heart of Marlborough for 20 years — shaped slowly over time, shared with our regulars, families and friends and always made with Love and Care.
 
Easy meal option:
Pour in Butter Chicken curry mix only
Add pre cooked chicken, tofu, or vegetables
Add cream or coconut cream
bring to boil, Simmer to  your desired thickness then serve
